Fairly clean venue with beautiful and fantastic location to hills of Dumfries & Galloway. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Location just off the chocolate factory and second hand book shop. Situated only 1 km from a classic 15th-century tower house.

It was my second weekend and I would return there. Charming small great family run place, it has picturesque location near the Galloway forest park, and the chocolate factory and second hand book shop in the mill museum next door.
-
Gavin
An attached restaurant was excellent for lunch and supper.
-
Joe
The venue was excellent little and modern, I liked the stay and the location was incredible short walk to the restaurant was n't open, a spotlessly clean establishment and more than one desert shared. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. An electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk were available here.

Dave
The stay here was relaxing on our third visit. The location was amazing, not too far from a well-preserved 15th-century tower house. It was also just next door to beer garden across the road, and the nearby forest.

Friendly service, although a few employees were slightly disorganised. Superior king room I stayed at was recently refurbished and high-class with garden view.
